Design Process
Each project begins with personal consultation.
We can proceed in person, by email, via Skype or by telephone.
- During this consultation, we will work together to define the functionalities of your new website:

- Forms
- Secured Area
- Newsletter
- Blog
- ...
- Quote and formal proposal
After our consultation, you will receive a written quote and formal proposal.
Work will begin immediately upon our receipt of the signed proposal and 50% deposit.
We will provide you with a form (Wed Design worksheet) in which you will outline your preferences and expectations. This worksheet will guide and inform the design process from start to finish.
- Acceptance of quote
Send the agreement (signed quote) and 50% of the total price for the development of the website.
Return the completed and signed worksheet.
- The liaison
The client must provide Pink Guava Design with a liaison at his company. Pink Guava Design can work with only one individual at each firm. This person must have authority to approve designs and issue payment.
- Design proposal
We will provide you with an initial design proposal incorporating your specific requirements. This proposal is subject to your approval and we will happily provide 1 additional design proposal if the first one does not fully meet your needs.
- Final Payment
Final payment is due upon uploading of your new Website or publication/printing of your design.
- Upload of the website
- Maintenance of the website
A maintenance contract can be entered into at this time.
